Japan starts off its new year of releases this week with Super Robot Wars: Masou Kishin II - Revelation of Evil God for the PSP. This game is a sequel to Super Robot Taisen Gaiden: Masou Kishin - The Lord of Elemental, which came out on the SNES back in 1996. This title uses the turn based strategy gameplay of other Super Robot Wars titles, except they use their own original characters and feature full sized 3D models.
This game also has a special limited edition bundle that includes a PSP port of the first title, which was remade in 2010 for the DS. This port-of-a-remake includes upgraded graphics, music, and voices.
Above is a battle demo from the game’s intro screen.
Fuck yes. I can’t wait to rock this
